TOCNM Terms and Conditions

You must agree to these terms and conditions when you complete your registration.

1. Our club is for full time or part time residents of New Mexico only.
2. You agree that we may display select data from your profile information to active members of the club.
3. Your email address is required for administrative purposes when you register and sign up for a membership. It will be displayed on the Members List. However, you may choose not to share it with club members when registering by opting out in your profile.
4. You agree to receive emails from the Tesla Owners Club of New Mexico – even if you opt out of sharing your email to other members. Emails will be strictly related to club business.
5. Your phone number is required for administrative purposes.
   However, when registering, you may choose to opt out of sharing your phone number on the member’s list.
6. You agree you have read and agree to the Tesla Owners Club of New Mexico Privacy Policy
7. You agree to be courteous and respectful to the opinions of others and avoid political and or contentious debate. Keep interactions relevant and professional.
8. You agree to follow the clubs general rules of conduct and the bylaws of the Tesla Owners Club of New Mexico.
